About the Role

We're looking for a passionate co-founder to lead sales and business development at Shadow Scoping. You'll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and building relationships with technical leaders worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Drive early customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Shape our sales strategy and pricing model
  • Build relationships with engineering leaders and CTOs
  • Help define product direction based on customer feedback
  • Represent Shadow Scoping at conferences and events

What We're Looking For

  • Experience selling to technical audiences (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Understanding of engineering culture and leadership challenges
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to take equity-heavy compensation initially
